Where did the time go?
This year has been busy. And when I say “busy,” I mean so busy that I barely know what time it is. (It’s five o’clock, right? It’s always five o’clock somewhere). Here’s what 2016 has looked like so far:
- I’m in my last semester at Rosemont College, where I’ll get my MFA in May. (Hip!)
- I released my second book, The Land of Forgotten Girls, in hardcover and audio on March 1. (Hip!)
- Blackbird Fly went into another printing, got all kinds of awesome accolades, and then released in paperback. (Hooray!)
I’m currently hard at work on book four, which will be released in March 2018.
“But WAIT A MINUTE!” you say. “What happened to book three?”
Funny you should ask.
Believe it or not, we’re barely off the heels of releasing The Land of Forgotten Girls and we’re already gearing up for the next book, which just went into final copyedits.
I could tell you the title, but that wouldn’t be very fun. So instead I’m giving you this:
That’s the title of my next book. Well, not exactly. It’s a word scramble of the title of my next book, which was originally called Virgil & Valencia, but is now called something entirely different.
Can you guess? [HINT: It’s two words.]
