#FridayFavorite: In which I celebrate one of my favorite books on a Friday.

If Mo Willems’ pigeon doesn’t bring you joy, then I don’t know what to think. I love this pigeon. Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus is my favorite. The pigeon is a total pain in the [FILL IN BLANK HERE], but I love him. I’ve read this picture book at least a dozen times and I still laugh. That just goes to show YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD FOR PICTURE BOOKS. Seriously. If you haven’t read a picture book in a long time and you want to feel like you’re five again and you want to laugh at silly and ridiculous things and remember an era when you still did all of the above, then start with this one. And then find another. And another. And another …
